Hotbox Body offers a weekly master class you can stream, anywhere at any time. We blend full-body sculpt exercise with dance cardio, all done to an insanely fun playlist. Classes are smart, efficient, comprehensive and challenging, combining interval cardiovascular training, full-body strength work, balance and coordination exercises, and flexibility and mobility work.
In addition to the weekly master classes, we also offer a Beginner Series, time specific specialty workouts and Dance Cardio classes.

This 30-minute class is a smart bridge for all my ladies ready to step into heavier training. The first step is building mindset - and education. This workout will introduce you to heavier weights - but also check other training pillars in a familiar HOTBOX style. I use a 44lb kettlebell and 20lbers. It's important you choose weight that are challenging for you! The goal in the strength section is to go to failure. I recommend this workout 4-6 times. This will allow you to incorporate progressive overload in your squats and chest presses. Have fun!
