If you are prioritizing a reloading week with less intensity, this is a great full body choice! All you need is a little space and a mat. I will take you through a proper warmup, a fun dance cardio (from our deloading dance cardio class), free arms, and 3 mat sequences. You'll get your heart rate up, get your blood flowing, get your mobility, flexibility, stabilization work, brain flexing ---and of course FUN! There is no angle, rotation or muscle left untouched.
