This class is a HEAVIER FULL BODY HIIT Circuit with intervals of 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest. I pair 2 exercise from opposing muscle groups and we do 2 sets of each pairing. I use a 10lb kettlebell, 8lb dumbbells and 15lb dumbbells, but you need to choose what weights are a challenge for you personally. The goal is go to FATIGUE by the end of each 45 second interval. This class allow for progressive overload because you can do this workout for weeks and months - slowly increasing your reps and weights. I recommend this class 2x/week! Have fun!
