This 37-minute is the perfect spicy burner you can slide into your week when you are lacking motivation and need those extra endorphins. There are 4 core exercises, 3 sets - and 3 dance cardio songs. I use a mat, 7.5lbers and heavier weight as an anchor, but you can use the leg of a couch or chair. Please....please...have fun!
