Heavy(ier) Hotbox Hustle
This 28-minute class is a great introduction workout to lifting heavier weights. I use 3 sets - 5lbs, 7.5lbs and 10lbs. You can start where you feel comfortable yet challenged. The key is progressive overload. So when you feel ready, up your weights for a more intense session. I also use a chair, but you can use anything nearby! Have fun changing it up!
