Hotbox Body offers a weekly master class you can stream, anywhere at any time. We blend full-body sculpt exercise with dance cardio, all done to an insanely fun playlist. Classes are smart, efficient, comprehensive and challenging, combining interval cardiovascular training, full-body strength work, balance and coordination exercises, and flexibility and mobility work.
In addition to the weekly master classes, we also offer a Beginner Series, time specific specialty workouts and Dance Cardio classes.
15 minutes and all upper body! I use 3lbs and 5lb dumbbells, but you can go heavier when you are ready. We will check off chest, back, shoulders, biceps and triceps leaving your muscles feeling like grape jelly! Have fun!
