Intermediate Full-Body Heavier Lift 2
This 42-minute class is smart, efficient and comprehensive. It's the perfect balance of upper and lower body, push and pull, fun music and challenging sets. For reference I am using 15s, 20s, 25s, a stability ball, bench and mat. The key to this workout is finding a weight that takes you to failure in 15ish reps. I do recommend skimming through this workout before jumping in so your time is more intentional and focused. I also recommend you do this class for 4-8 weeks, 2-3 times per week. Burn it out and track your progressive overload.
