This 30-minute class is a smart workout for all my ladies wanting to step into heavier training. It will introduce you to true strength training, but it will also check important training boxes in the HOTBOX style you know and love. Think...a little bit of everything. I use a 44lb kettlebell and 20lbers for the strength section. It's important you choose weight that challenges you - and gets you as close to failure as possible. I recommend this workout 4-6 times so you can have some progressive overload. Have fun!
