Hotbox Body offers a weekly master class you can stream, anywhere at any time. We blend full-body sculpt exercise with dance cardio, all done to an insanely fun playlist. Classes are smart, efficient, comprehensive and challenging, combining interval cardiovascular training, full-body strength work, balance and coordination exercises, and flexibility and mobility work.
In addition to the weekly master classes, we also offer a Beginner Series, time specific specialty workouts and Dance Cardio classes.
Party in the front - business in the back. I recommend having a 1lb weight on hand to start the week but you are welcome to use a 2 or 3lb depending on your personal preference. You can add ankles for an additional burn later in the week!
