Hotbox Body offers a weekly master class you can stream, anywhere at any time. We blend full-body sculpt exercise with dance cardio, all done to an insanely fun playlist. Classes are smart, efficient, comprehensive and challenging, combining interval cardiovascular training, full-body strength work, balance and coordination exercises, and flexibility and mobility work.
In addition to the weekly master classes, we also offer a Beginner Series, time specific specialty workouts and Dance Cardio classes.
This is a 20-minute Express option for Week 31. There are no breakdowns for this class as we need to maximize every minute we have together. I suggest you perform the master class first and/or skim through this class before getting started.
