Week 38
This week we are shining the spotlight on the obliques. The fascia of our abdominals and lower back. Our obliques connect our ribs to our hip bone. You will feel the oblique love from our cardio, through our free arms and FBC and all of our mat work. BUTT ---in addition to the obliques, I am also delivering a balanced full body workout that leaves no muscle left untouched. You will have more time and opportunity to grow through previous challenges and have a new set of exercises to work on. I hope you lean in and have a blast! xo
