Week 40

This week you will need a sturdy armless chair. We have the same class format, but an entirely new workout. Brand new muscular structure work which means NEW and different sore muscles. :) We kick off the class with some throwback dance cardio to NSYNC pop hits. I hope you can lean it, perform big and have fun! If dance cardio makes you uncomfortable - lean in deeper. There is so much growth in discomfort.
