Hotbox Body offers a weekly master class you can stream, anywhere at any time. We blend full-body sculpt exercise with dance cardio, all done to an insanely fun playlist. Classes are smart, efficient, comprehensive and challenging, combining interval cardiovascular training, full-body strength work, balance and coordination exercises, and flexibility and mobility work.
In addition to the weekly master classes, we also offer a Beginner Series, time specific specialty workouts and Dance Cardio classes.
Same class format, but entirely different workout. This week we have plyometrics, a brand new FBC, weighted arms on the mat....and only 1 song for all our mat work!
