Hotbox Body offers a weekly master class you can stream, anywhere at any time. We blend full-body sculpt exercise with dance cardio, all done to an insanely fun playlist. Classes are smart, efficient, comprehensive and challenging, combining interval cardiovascular training, full-body strength work, balance and coordination exercises, and flexibility and mobility work.
In addition to the weekly master classes, we also offer a Beginner Series, time specific specialty workouts and Dance Cardio classes.
This week we are graduating to 4lb dumbbells, we are using ankle weights and our mat math is 1.2.3.1.2.3! It's time to step up and level up! Have a blast!
