Week 52-2025
This week is the final class in the master series! Congrats! You did it! I hope you feel so proud and so strong. This week we'll be using 4lbers, a one pound weight and our mat. Our mat math is 1-2-3-1-2-3. Have fun! Please have fun! If you decide to repeat the Master Series and go back to Week 1 - it's time to add Toney bands and ankle weights when you feel ready!
