Week 2 will bring you a brand new workout with brand new muscular structure design. That means new angles, rotations and planes of motion. It also means you have beginner's brain again which brings new awkwardness and frustration. Lean into the frustration, use it to spark a fire. Lean into the discomfort and work to get better and stronger. There is so much growth to be had. Most importantly - have a blast!
