Welcome to Week 1 of HOTBOX BODY! Buckle up and enjoy the journey. Please know that 1 is no easier than week 52. The weeks are like comparing apples and oranges. There is a long term strategic plan and threads from week to week, but it is the variety and spice from class to class that gives us our results. Balanced workouts over time that check all the boxes - cardiovascular, full body strength, mobility and flexibility, balance and coordination, brain flexing and FUN! Yes - you will have FUN with me!
