This week you will need a sturdy armless chair. Same class format, but entirely new workout. Brand new muscular structure work means new and different sore muscles. We will kick off the class with a little throwback with NSYNC Dance Cardio. If dance cardio makes you uncomfortable - lean in. There is so much fun and growth to be had in discomfort. If you need a modification for the strength work please never hesitate to reach out. She's tough---commit to consistency, be patient with yourself and have a blast!
