This week is so different from last week it will blow your mind that it's the same class format. It's my goal to keep you muscles and your mind on it's toes so it never knows what's coming.....or gets too comfortable. This week we are going to talk about our CORE and all of the muscles that are involved. We are also going to discuss the importance of core strength, core stabilization and how we can train our core to be the smartest and strongest girl on the block:) I hope you enjoy the change and feel all your hard work pay off!
