Welcome to MBC. This is a fun, smart, safe place to start your journey. Same class format as our Master Classes, but less reps and lower impact. With each week you will become more familiar with the Hotbox method, the class format, my cueing style, and humor:). With practice and consistency you will witness progress and growth that will keep you inspired to keep going. I recommend you do each Beginner class as many times as possible in a 7-10 day period. When you feel like you really mastered the workout and all it's nuances it's time to move on to the next. I'm so excited for you! Have a blast!
