This 22-minute class is slow, gentle and low impact. The music really allows for a deep connection. If I spoke and cued over the music I think it would take away from the very essence of what I was trying to design. I therefore chose to do a breakdown/tutorial first.....then begin the class. If you are someone who relies on verbal cues this will be a great challenge for you. Lean in. Be present. Allow yourself to be vulnerable. Make mistakes. Feel your way through it. I can guarantee your second run will feel second nature. This is a wonderful class to have in your back pocket on days you are craving something less intense. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
