Range of motion is crucial for our health span and longevity. So many women are susceptible to frozen shoulder as they age and their estrogen levels decline. Our Hotbox Body dance arms are a great place to get started. I will work every muscle in your upper body in every plane of motion, angle and rotation. Don't be surprised if you have to drop your arms the first week. With time and consistency you will see and feel your body get stronger and your range of motion improve.
