This 28-minute workout is a great introduction class to lifting heavier weights. I use a set of 5lbs, 7.5lbs and 10lbs. But you can start with 3s, 5s and 8s if that feels more comfortable. Let the workout meet you where you are. When you feel stronger and more confident you can up your weights to a heavier set. I also use a chair, but you can use anything that is near by! Have fun!
