This is a great 15-minute class to choose ANYTIME ANYWHERE. We don't even realize how much we hold in our physical body until we take the time to let it all go. This class is a a great choice for a deloading week, an active recovery day or AFTER any class in this library! All you need is a mat and 14 minutes. Release it all.
