This week is so FUN - AND FAST! I highly suggest you skim through the workout before jumping in. And don't forget that the pause and rewind buttons are your friend. Don't be afraid to watch something twice. Be patient with yourself. Commit to consistency and progress - not perfection. The more you do this workout the better and stronger you will get.
