This week we are really focusing on functional exercises that will improve your functional strength. Our bodies were developed with the intention of having all of our muscles working together and supporting each other to accomplish certain movements and tasks. Zeroing in on these aspects of your training will have numerous benefits that translate into your everyday life. Commit to consistency. The more you do this workout the better you will get.
