Week 18 is coming in HOT HOT HOT! You will need a chair or a low stool this week. I consider this class a mini milestone because we are a third of the way to Week 52. To celebrate we will push those limits and get a little more uncomfortable. I ease you into the workout with a very straight-forward warm-up and cardio blast. Take it! Lean in! Breathe! Smile! Then get ready for some super strength work that will leave you humbled but wanting more! You may want or need a little more time with this week. Take what you need and have a blast!

I hope you love how strong, yet SO DIFFERENT this class is. Same class format, entirely different muscular structure design. I really don't want to cut content so I move fast! Keep that heart rate up with me and have a blast learning and mastering something new:)

This week is an Express train - 36 minutes! 1 song per mat. This week we are using a yoga block and 1lb ankle weights. Same class format - but such variety in the design. Lean into your challenges and celebrate your wins! It's a good week to have a good week!
