I hope you love how strong, yet SO DIFFERENT this class is. Same class format, entirely different muscular structure design. I really don't want to cut content so I move fast! Keep that heart rate up with me and have a blast learning and mastering something new:)

This week is an Express train - 36 minutes! 1 song per mat. This week we are using a yoga block and 1lb ankle weights. Same class format - but such variety in the design. Lean into your challenges and celebrate your wins! It's a good week to have a good week!

Week 22-2024
This class is fire. Under 40 minutes. Mat mat - 1,2,2,3. BOOM! No extra equipment needed. LETS GO!!!!

Week 23-2024
Party in the front - business in the back. I recommend having a 1lb weight on hand to start the week but you are welcome to use a 2 or 3lb depending on your personal preference. You can add ankles for an additional burn later in the week!
