This week we reach all of the fundamental goals in less than 35 minutes. Cardiovascular work, full body strength, flexibility, mobility, balance, coordination and brain flexing ---you get it all. Pounding on them bones, heart pumping cardio, functional 3-D mat work and rotational exercises that will humble you. Have a blast! xo
